Mike Blackburn

Mike is a graduate of the University of Leeds, where he successfully completed an Honours degree in Management Studies with Russian.
 
He has been with BT for over 20 years and has had several different roles in Government Services, most recently as Director of Central and Home Affairs. He has a profound understanding of the local government market place and specialist knowledge of the education arena. Mike was born and lives in the North West and now represents BT as its Regional Director in the area.
 
Mike is married and lives in Cheshire and has two sons and a daughter. He is trustee of the NYAS – National Youth Advocacy Service – based in Birkenhead. NYAS is a “not for profit” children’s charity which offers socio-legal advocacy to children, young people, parents, carers and professionals.
