How have Hays Resource Management found recruiting in Manchester?
Manchester is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with excellent transport infrastructure and travel links. This, coupled with the fact the client is a multicultural, ever changing and challenging work environment, supporting 14 countries and comprising of a workforce of around 20 nationalities has meant that Hays Resource Management have been able to attract candidates with the required skills.
In the last few years, Hays Resource Management has noticed that the growing number of service centres moving to Manchester has meant recruiting for certain language positions, namely Norwegian- and Dutch-speaking roles has become increasingly more competitive.
Language requirements such as French and Spanish are relatively easy roles to source, for the more difficult languages such as German, Norwegian and Dutch we have found success in using our Hays offices located in the country of the language required and with continuous effort using specific language job sites the candidates can be found. Hays Resource Management, continue to review candidate attraction methods to ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled.
Today, Hays Resource Management continues to work in partnership with this multi-national organisation to meet the business recruitment needs.
