Business Rocks are delighted to announce that Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple will headline Business Rocks 2016.
Taking place on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 April, this global event will place Manchester on the worldwide map for tech, startups and digital media.
Wozniak, who is renowned for being an American pioneer of the 1970s personal computer revolution, will be talking to delegates about his personal journey, life at Apple and the evolution of computing.
Business Rocks Founder Jonathon Cadden says:
“We were looking for that key speaker who we knew would wow our audience and raise the cities profile. After intensive research into the tech, digital and media space we decided to approach Steve to see if he was up for the challenge. With his acclaimed reputation in the computing world, it was a no-brainer to try and get him on-board as we believe he will truly resonate with our delegates. He is obviously one of the most famous people in the world when it comes to the tech space, so we were thrilled when he agreed to join us and our exhibition here in Manchester.”
Steve Wozniak said:
“Jonny’s invitation to headline #BR2016 was a real inspiration. The event supports themes close to my heart – tech, music and start-up innovation. I am looking forward to seeing you all in Manchester!”
Business Rocks 2016 will be in its second year at the event in April and has witnessed phenomenal growth since its first event back in May 2015. The event has gone from 200 delegates to over 10,000 over two days and is expected to sell out over the next few months.
