UKTI North West is offering a great opportunity for northwest creative industry companies to join market visit to Hong Kong International Film & TV Market (FILMART).
FILMART is Asia’s premier film industry event and one of the world’s top three events of its kind in terms of exhibitor numbers. International renowned
producers, distributors, investors and professionals use FILMART to launch
promotions, network with key industry players and negotiate deals. The 16th edition in March 2012 attracted more than 640 exhibitors from 33 countries and regions and more than 5,700 visitors from 53 countries and regions.

The trade mission will provide the opportunity to meet key decision makers in the Asia. Creative sector companies gain an understanding of the upcoming
programmes & meet major companies in the Asian Creative sector supply chain.
Macao’s economy is largely based on tourism, gaming and hospitality with the industries estimated to contribute more than 50% of Macao’s GDP. There are a limited number of Market Visit Support (MVS) grant of £600
available for eligible NW companies on first come first serve basis.
Eligible companies must be small or
medium enterprises (SMEs) based in North West and must have been trading for a minimum of 12 months.
It is the responsibility of your company to book and pay for your own flights and accommodations, Please do not make any travel arrangement, prior to receiving the confirmation of your place.
