Is architecture more important than politics?
Design guru and reputed writer Stephen Bayley will be arguing the case on Wednesday 3rd March at the award-winning BDP Manchester Studio, Ducie Street.
You are invited to witness this debut annual lecture, brought to you by pro.manchester in partnership with BDP and The University of Manchesters Alumni Association.
The outspoken cultural commentator, who was awarded Frances top artistic honour – a Chevalier de L’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres – will entertain and educate with his trademark wit and observation on design and style in contemporary times.
Returning to his student roots in Manchester, Bayleys audience can look forward to a landmark lecture, punctuated with his characteristic passion and provocation. This promises to be an educational and cultural object of art.
