Senior Training Consultant – Total Excellence Centre

Tom Courtney has been in the training and development field for 23 years, working in both the public and private sectors, nationally and internationally. He gained membership to the Institute of Training and Development in 1987 and worked as both a Management Trainer and Change Agent within the Scottish Health Service in Edinburgh, Ayr and Aberdeen liaising closely with Price Waterhouse Coopers in major organisational development and change programmes.
