7 April, 2008 – Agents named for Exchange Greengate
DTZ and Cushman and Wakefield have been selected as agents for Ask Developments Exchange Greengate scheme in Salford.
The 3m sq ft site will comprise an initial 500,000 sq ft of office space — the first 150,000 sq ft is expected to be submitted for planning this year, along with proposals for 180 residential apartments.
Construction on the project, which is a joint venture with Network Rail, is expected to begin in 2009.
CB Richard Ellis, Edwards & Co, Lambert Smith Hampton and P3 Property Consultants had also pitched for the instruction.
