3 December, 2007 – Lock 50 Business Centre opens in Rochdale
LOCK 50 Business Centre on Oldham Road in Rochdale, which is aimed at next stage companies that have grown from a start-up size, offers space from 380 sq ft up to 3,600 sq ft.
Situated next to Lock 50 of the Rochdale Canal, the area is earmarked for significant redevelopment as part of Rochdale Development Agency’s plans to transform the canal basin.
The Business Centre is well located close to Rochdale Station and the new Kingsway development.
The offices will be fully serviced providing meeting and conference rooms, Cat 6 cabling and broadband communications, full switchboard and reception facilities.
