The year round routes to Amsterdam will start at the beginning of the 2014/15 winter season.
The flights will run daily from the 26 October in order to ease business travel for those travelling to and from Amsterdam.
These regular flight times have been introduced for business travellers who need to accommodate a full day’s diary.
Paul Simmons, Flybe’s CCO, said: “Flybe is the largest scheduled airline by the volume of traffic movements at Manchester and, based on existing evidence, the demand for flights between there and Amsterdam is already extremely high.
“This is why we have conveniently scheduled our new flights to ensure the best possible times for our business customers and also for those making Flybe connections through our Manchester hub onward to Schiphol.”
