The site is an important town centre brownfield site that will be redeveloped into a more appropriate town centre mix of uses, supporting brownfield first objectives. The regeneration will be delivered in phases with huge potenital over a range of investment opportunities.

– Pedestrian focused with close proximity to the town centre’s bus and train stations to promote active and sustainable travel.
– Placemaking will be integral to the town centre regeneration project delivering the vision and proposal in the town centre Framework.
– The site is located within the Northfold growth location and at the heart of Bolton Town Centre.
– Sits within the proposed Bolton Town Centre Mayoral Development Corporation.
– The scheme is identified as a priority under Greater Manchetser’s Good Growth fund.
Market Overview
This £250m regeneration scheme is designed to create a thriving town centre as part of Greater Manchester’s Good Growth Ambitions. The mixed-use redevelopment will repurpose the town centre through:

Development Timeline
