Development Timeline

Revised set of planning application documents submitted to the Local Planning team for consideration, including an updated Environmental Statement. These documents have been submitted under the existing planning application reference (ref: 21/01171/OUT).

More detailed ‘Reserved Matters’ applications will follow in Summer 2026, with work on site expected to begin in Autumn 2026.

Work for the first phase is due to start on site in 2027 with completion due in 2042
