Hulton Park, Bolton

The Hulton Park redevelopment is a major project aimed at delivering an array of new amenities including over 1,000 new homes, village centre, primary school, holiday accommodation, golf resort, hotel with spa and conference facility, highway infrastructure, and other retail and leisure facilities. The scheme is dependent on Bolton winning the Ryder Cup hosting rights for either 2031 or 2035.
