S&W, the fast-growing professional services group, has announced the relocation of its Manchester office to new premises at Pall Mall, King Street, in the city centre.

The move from Princess Street marks a significant investment in S&W’s Manchester presence. The new office will double the firm’s space in the city, providing capacity to support continued growth while also delivering an enhanced working environment for colleagues and clients.

The Grade II-listed Pall Mall building has undergone an extensive refurbishment by Bruntwood SciTech, transforming it into one of Manchester’s newest sustainable workspaces, with strong environmental credentials and first-class amenities. The building has been redeveloped using a fabric first approach to minimise embodied carbon and is net zero in operation, with an EPC A rating and a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ target rating.

S&W’s offices include modern meeting rooms, alongside access to shared collaboration and breakout spaces throughout the building. Colleagues and clients also benefit from on-site facilities, including a café, gym and roof terrace, supporting wellbeing, productivity and flexible ways of working.

Andrew Wilkes, Chief Executive at S&W, commented: “We are delighted to have moved into our new, expanded offices at Pall Mall. This investment reflects our long-term commitment to the region and supports our growth strategy by increasing capacity, enabling us to serve our growing client base while continuing to attract top talent.”

Fiona Cresswell, Partner in S&W’s Manchester office, added: “Our larger, modern city-centre office strengthens our presence in Manchester and reflects our growing ambition in the region. The new Pall Mall space provides a high-quality environment for our colleagues, supports closer collaboration, and helps us deepen client relationships across the city.”
