Introducing Invest Manchester…

Greater Manchester has never stood still. And neither do we. As the city region enters its next stage of growth, we’re delighted to launch Invest Manchester, our refreshed, single market-facing identity for MIDAS. This evolution marks a step forward in how we present the city region to the world, bringing together our investment offer under one clear, globally focused brand designed to support businesses to locate, expand and succeed.

That momentum is reflected more widely in Greater Manchester’s growing national and international profile. Recent coverage in the Financial Times and BBC News highlights our city region’s ability to combine strong economic growth, affordability, and global connectivity. Wider industry analysis also points to strengths across advanced manufacturing, life sciences, digital technology, and the creative industries, reinforcing its role in shaping the UK’s future economy.

This month’s newsletter brings that progress to life. We share details on the next phase of the £1bn Good Growth Fund, unlocking new opportunities for development and private investment, alongside significant business growth including Seda’s £15m backing to scale globally from Greater Manchester. We also highlight expanding international partnerships as well as the latest progress at Mix Manchester, a world-class, airport-connected innovation campus set to drive future growth. Together, this reflects a joined-up, investor-focused approach now brought together under Invest Manchester.
