Slalom – a Seattle-headquartered consulting firm focused on strategy, technology and business transformation – has appointed four leaders to its senior management team based in Manchester.

The company chose Manchester as the location for its second UK office in April this year and is based at Peter House, in the heart of Manchester’s innovation and academic district.

With 16 years’ experience delivering tech-enabled business transformation at Deloitte, Lindsay Hymas joins the firm as Business Advisory Services Director. John Morgan also joins from Deloitte, where he held account leadership roles for several of the firm’s largest global life sciences clients. John will take on the role of Client Service Partner at Slalom.

Formerly COO for Data and Analytics in Assurance at PwC, Catherine Wilks will lead Slalom’s data and analytics team. The fourth new appointment, Dennis O’Higgins, will fulfil the role of Head of Sales - he also joins from PwC, where he worked with clients across a range of industry sectors.

Paul Squire, Managing Director for Slalom Manchester, said:

“As we become part of the fabric of Manchester’s business community, I’m delighted to announce the appointment of such talented leaders as a first step towards our goal of building a diverse team of 200 experienced people over the next 5 years.”

As well as tapping into Manchester’s deep talent pool, Slalom is committed to investing in building a diverse team of experienced professionals to strengthen its UK growth.
