The Manchester Property Awards have officially launched on the international stage at MIPIM, as a commercial partner of the Invest Manchester delegation – signalling a bold new platform dedicated exclusively to celebrating Greater Manchester property.
Unveiled to investors, developers and civic leaders at the world’s leading real estate event, the awards will recognise the organisations and individuals shaping one of the UK’s most dynamic regional markets.
Delivered by UK Business Events Ltd – the team behind the Northern Housing Awards and Building Innovation Awards – the Manchester Property Awards are built on a foundation of independent judging, transparent criteria and sector credibility.

The judging panel will comprise senior property leaders from each of the ten Greater Manchester borough councils, alongside leading figures from architecture, development and investment – ensuring every entry is assessed by those shaping the region’s built environment and offering entrants the opportunity to have their work recognised by some of the industry’s most influential voices.
