A legal services firm is to relocate 500 employees to office space at MediaCity in Salford.
HF, legal advisers to the insurance and commercial sectors, has committed to moving its Manchester office to Orange Tower's 16,040 sq ft grade A office space.
The company will relocate the employees from Talbot Road to Organe's 11th floor which will help support its business growth plans within the tech, digital and creative destination.
It joins high profile brands Kellogg's, Ericsson and ITV within the Net Zero carbon development.
The light, bright space, benefits from floor to ceiling windows with 360 degree views across Salford Quays and Greater Manchester. Also included are break-out, presentation and communal areas.
The building also benefits from exceptional connectivity.

HF's relocation announcement follows last week's confirmation planning has been approved to bring forward a new £140m office development. It has the potential to host 2,200 workers and will be based opposite Orange Tower.
